Booking & Deposits: A deposit payment is required to reserve your party and covers the cost of your first 3 guests. There is a minimum balance requirement of $250 that must be met for standard parties.

Cancellation Policy: Once a party is reserved, the host will have 24 hours to reschedule or cancel the party for free. Any party changes after 24 hours will incur a $50 fee to change the time on the same date, $75 to change the date and time, and a $100 fee for cancellation, charged when the change is made.

Late Booking Fee: All parties booked less than 24 hours in advance, or booked same day will be charged a $50 Less Than 24 Hour Notice Fee.

Rescheduling: If a party or event is canceled, the host will have 30 days from the cancellation date to schedule and confirm a rescheduled date. Any cancellations not rescheduled within 30 days will result in the loss of any party deposits and payments made.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals to parties will either be cut short or will incur a fee to add additional time. Additional time will only be added with the manager's permission. If a group is more than 30 minutes late to the scheduled time, the party will be automatically canceled and will result in the loss of any party deposits and payments made.

Refunds: There are no refunds under any circumstances.
